  We used this company for 2 cross country moves. The first wasn't too bad. The second though, they said my stuff would leave one day but didn't leave for an extra week because the truck broke down. That's fine, but don't say one thing, and then not deliver. When we finally got our stuff, it wasn't the actual guy who moved it, it was 2 different guys in a uhaul because the truck broke down again! We didn't get a lot of our stuff and were offered stuff that wasn't ours! The guys who delivered were ticking things off themselves so we didn't realize what was missing until a month or so later. Called about it and of course this company says, OH we'll get the driver to call you. Never heard from him. The company can't just take responsibility for the lost items, or delayed truck, they always went back to the driver, but he's your driver. So we'll never use this company again. Had to fight just to get $100 off our late furniture, never even offered an apology for our missing items. Worst service ever!!!

  I used this company a few years ago to move from Calgary to Halifax, and couldn't have been happier. They were super careful with all my stuff, and wrapped all the big stuff/pictures/mirrors carefully in blankets. They brought it all to my storage unit, and then came back a few weeks later when I'd found a place to help me move it to the house.
